safety, environmental and cost conditions.
Job Description and achievements:
- Managed over 200 employees, 11 production lines (HOD/Retail PET Still water/Retail Glass Sparkling/Injection
and blow molding production lines) and 18 SKU’s.
- Succeeded to inspire the employees and change their mindsets/cultures despite of the very critical country
conditions (revolutions and strikes).
- Succeeded to lead the production teams to break all the previous records in volumes, efficiency and performance at
all production lines.
- Rebuilt the production teams and reorganized the structure for a proven better added value; and created many
competitive activities and procedures.
2nd Position: The factory was burnt in February 2013, and besides being a production manager I have been
appointed as a Project Manager for the fast recovery of 3 production lines (Bulk 6L, Retail Glass and Retail PET)
Job Description and achievements:
- A very successfulstory of Recovering 3 production lines after fire incident only in 74 days.
- The lines started back to produce sellable bottles with a better efficiency and quality although the severe damage
occurred due to the fire impact on the lines.
- Once the line started production, I was overloaded being the production manager for the lines running continuously
24/7 and in the same time being a project manager for the rest of lines.
3rd Position: Projects Manager. (Aug2013-Aug2015)

start-up phase.

 E2E (End to End) Project Managerfor the replacement of Tamper evident Sleeve applicator machine to increase

Job Description and achievements:
- Share the Project design phase; Prepare the User Requirement Specifications by assessment ofcurrent operations,
define the machines overspeeds and buffer accumulation capacities and defining the success criteria of the project.
- Construction phase: Coordinate product/process licenses with the factory managers and the regulatory team.
- Installation phase: Lead the daily operations review meeting, Start building the Snag-list and Ensure the staffing
and training process,e.g. conducting the TT&T program, Coordinate Raw/Pack/consumables materials
availability.
- Commissioning phase:Test all I/O of equipments, validate the specs of outputs and approve the First Sellable
Palette. Develop and manage master startup plan –including the ramp-up curve- for commissioning, qualification
and verification phase,designed to achieve a vertical start-up with sustained performance.
- Start-up Qualification phase:coordinate/manage the operational team and ensure product, equipment, line and site
certifications are completed on time and approve the line Site Acceptance Test.
- Start-up Verification phase: Ensure closing the Snag-lists and Ensure Equipments and Operators can sustain the
ramp-up curve.
- Handover phase:Ensure a proactive and effective handoverof the project to the operational team including the
final Manufacturing dossier (MD), HACCP, QMS, Maintenance Documentations, Production SOP’s, etc.
- Design, Study, justify, Procure, Install and commission all parts required to convert the neck of PET bottles into
short-neck and change the bottle design to be lightweight. (including caps,labels and sleeve tamper
- Achieved a best-in-class vertical startup ramp-up curve for High Speed production lines not only before
Lightweight but also after lightweight!
- Achieved the fastest and most difficult lightweight conversion project over 3 production lines, 8 SKU’s in only 6
months, with a very tight time schedule and limited resources.A project of 3 million USD savings peryear that has
increased the company net profit COP1 by 15%; avoided 1600 tons of annual waste to the environment; reduced
total cost of production by 6% and increased the production lines reliability by more than 10%. The project has
successfully achieved higher consumer satisfaction results due to new, modern, energetic and convenient to use
bottle shape.
4th Position (Current) IP/NCE Manager. (Aug2015-Present)
IP stands for “Industrial Performance” while NCE stands for“Nestle Continuous Excellence” is a long journey
initiative of Continuous Improvement Engaging Everyone’s Heart & Mind in a Consumer-driven War on Waste; this
is covering all Continuous Improvement initiatives e.g. TPM (Total Performance Management) and LEAN. The
journey is 9-10 years (1.5/foundation + 7 years TPM + 1.5 LEAN).

the guidance to all the team by acting as the center of knowledge.

Job Description and achievements: - Share the Project design phase; Prepare the User Requirement Specifications by assessment ofcurrent operations, define the machines overspeeds and buffer accumulation capacities and defining the success criteria of the project. - Construction phase: Coordinate product/process licenses with the factory managers and the regulatory team. - Installation phase: Lead the daily operations review meeting, Start building the Snag-list and Ensure the staffing and training process,e.g. conducting the TT&T program, Coordinate Raw/Pack/consumables materials availability. - Commissioning phase:Test all I/O of equipments, validate the specs of outputs and approve the First Sellable Palette. (including caps,labels and sleeve tamper - Achieved a best-in-class vertical startup ramp-up curve for High Speed production lines not only before Lightweight but also after lightweight! - Achieved the fastest and most difficult lightweight conversion project over 3 production lines, 8 SKU’s in only 6 months, with a very tight time schedule and limited resources.A project of 3 million USD savings peryear that has increased the company net profit COP1 by 15%; avoided 1600 tons of annual waste to the environment; reduced total cost of production by 6% and increased the production lines reliability by more than 10%. The project has successfully achieved higher consumer satisfaction results due to new, modern, energetic and convenient to use bottle shape. 4th Position (Current) IP/NCE Manager. (Aug2015-Present) IP stands for “Industrial Performance” while NCE stands for“Nestle Continuous Excellence” is a long journey initiative of Continuous Improvement Engaging Everyone’s Heart & Mind in a Consumer-driven War on Waste; this is covering all Continuous Improvement initiatives e.g. TPM (Total Performance Management) and LEAN.
