hotline protocol, organizing & coordinating in-service trainings for school-based mental
health practitioners, securing mental health center mandated licensing, and devising and
managing the service delivery model. Duties also included providing clinical supervision
to a team of school psychologists and social workers, who provide mental health services
including, counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation to school age children in
schools across the district. Additional administrative duties include conducting
performance evaluations of staff, serving on multiple district-level committees, & proving
trainings for regional service providers. In addition, administrative consultation &
trainings/workshops with district administrators, parents, community providers, and
teams to ensure the multifaceted needs of children and youth are met, were also an

report and returning it to the district office. Further responsibilities include acting as
play-facilitator, scoring protocols, orienting student observers, and report writing.

based assessments to determine specific problem areas in math. Class-wide peer tutoring
was implemented. Academic performance improved and the prevalence of problem
behaviors decreased.

Investigated the effectiveness of Differential reinforcement on tantruming in a 5 year old
with Turner Syndrome. Duties included conducting a Functional Behavioral Assessment
to determine the problem behavior and the function of the problem behavior in a 5-

yearold child diagnosed with Turner Syndrome in a school setting. Further duties
included determining an intervention to decrease the problem behavior, tantruming. The
intervention of choice was differential reinforcement of other behavior (DRO). The
purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of DRO in decreasing
tantruming behavior in a 5-year-old with Turner Syndrome.

Mississippi State University April 2001 Mississippi State, MS Assisted in investigating the relationship between language and cognitive development and social behavior in young children. Duties included conducting direct observation of social behaviors of preschool age children in a day care setting, using 15 second partial interval recording. Mississippi State University November 2001-January 2002 Mississippi State, Mississippi Investigated the effect of repeated curriculum based assessments and folding-in to improve multiplication performance in a 15-year old male diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome and Bipolar Disorder. Duties included composing math probes, conducting Curriculum Based Assessment's, implementation of folding in and data collection during both treatment and intervention phase of the study. Mississippi State University April 2000-June 2000 Mississippi State, MS Duties included direct observation and data collection to establish inter-rater reliability in a study examining aggression and pro-social behaviors exhibited in a preschool classroom. Mississippi State University September 2000 Mississippi State, MS Investigated the impact of peer tutoring on academic performance in mathematics and problem behaviors in a second grade classroom. Duties included conducting curriculum based assessments to determine specific problem areas in math. Class-wide peer tutoring was implemented. Academic performance improved and the prevalence of problem behaviors decreased. Mississippi State University September 1999-January 2000 Mississippi State, MS Investigated the effectiveness of Differential reinforcement on tantruming in a 5 year old with Turner Syndrome. Duties included conducting a Functional Behavioral Assessment to determine the problem behavior and the function of the problem behavior in a 5-

The intervention of choice was differential reinforcement of other behavior (DRO). The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of DRO in decreasing tantruming behavior in a 5-year-old with Turner Syndrome.
