About

I am completing my doctorate of Education at this time and my recent interest is on educational, organizational leadership. My goal is to become an effective leader with a vision of becoming a highly driven leader, scholar and practitioner in education. At this time, I am teaching courses at the graduate level in psychology and I am enjoying the value of teaching effectively to motivate and prepare students to work effectively as organizational leaders. Specialties: Special education, teaching children with special needs, public speaker, behavior analyst and training on behavior principles in learning psychology, and organizational leadership.
