• About Remedy Application-The BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite reduces complexity and gives customer support,
change management, and asset management integrated and efficient.
• Also working for BMC Remedy Application on User Management (Configuration).
• Providing Root cause analysis to customer and client to the help of Application Tool like Toad & Putty.
• Worked on SQL tools like TOAD to run SQL queries to validate the data.
• Wrote Stored Procedures to get complex information about customer goals.
• Responsible for daily verification that all scripts, downloads, and file copies were executed as planned, troubleshooting any steps
that failed, and providing both immediate and long-term problem resolution.
• Providing L2 support to customer as well as client.

• Responsible to analyze data issues across the different systems to identify the RCA for order fallout’s
• Working on process to find OMS fallout in case the order is stuck at any point in the OMC life cycle.
• Responsible to identify order fallout’s by identifying different exceptions occurred on orders by going through the customer database
logs.
• Prepared stored procedure to identify and generate the above exception reports.
• Prepared and validated the scripts to resolve the exceptions occurred on orders.
• Responsible to generate exception report depending on the different exceptions occurred on orders
