I have great experience in the Motorcycle Trade as an After Sales Advisor and
Service Controller. I have extensive knowledge of various Electronic Parts Catalogues
and computer DMS systems, such as catalyst, pacific deep blue and pinnacle.
Im also very competent with motorcycle maintenance and do all my own servicing
and repairs on both the machines i own,and not afraid to "muck in" when needed.
I enjoy working with the public and have good customer service skills and work well
within a team but also on my own initiative, working to deadlines and targets.
