responsible for all site security related to the production facility in Hillerod, supply chain and travel security in

Overall responsible for all security related matters at the Biogen site. Management of G4S managers and
staff. Responsible for contract compliance for G4S.
Danish National Police
(2014 - 2015): Senior Project Manager
Senior Project manager in a national center for cyber security. Defining and establishing a new unit and
concepts for fighting cyber related crimes national and international.
(2012 – 2014): National Security Intelligence Service (PET) - Chief of staff
Responsible for all security related aspects and coordination of operations for the Intelligence Service,
including internal investigations, cyber security, and site security. The position included overall management
of HR-unit, Logistics and project-units.
(2010 – 2012): National Security Intelligence Service (PET) - Head of Internal Affairs
The office dealt with internal security breaches, investigations, inquiries, interviews. As head of Internal
Affairs I referred directly to the head of Legal Department, and advised in investigations involving employees
in the Intelligence Service.
(2010 – 2010): Special Envoy – South Africa
Prior the World Champignon ship in South Africa I was sent to make an overall security assessment of sites,
hotels and surroundings where Danish citizens and players were scheduled to stay.
(2009 – 2010): Emergency Department - Chief of staff
Representative to the international staff in Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The function included close cooperation
and coordination with other national and international emergency departments.
(2006): Head of Danish police mission during evacuation of Danish citizens from Lebanon and Syria
During hostilities between Hizbollah in Lebanon and the Israeli army, I was appointed as head of the Danish
police mission, referring to Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In close coordination with the embassy in
Damascus, the operations were carried out in Beirut, border areas between Lebanon and Syria, Cyprus and
in Damascus. Mission included securing Danish Embassy in Damascus and advising the ambassador
regarding overall handling of the mission as well in general security related matters.
Maersk, Iraq / Kuwait
(2004 – 2005): Head of Security - Maersk Iraq
Chief of Security at the largest port in Iraq, including all Maersk security and operational related activities in
Iraq. The position included security training and advice for Maersk executives, establishing facilities and
procedures for security measures at the port and surrounding areas, VIP-escorts etc. The port was ISPS
certified during my management.
Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(2003 – 2004): Management advisor - MOFA / CPA (Coalition Provisional Authority – Iraq)
Management training of Iraq heads from Iraqi police and military. The position included security advices to the
management of CPA, regarding camp security, money transports, training programs etc. Programs for
revised organizations were made, and management was monitored at Iraqi police headquarters.

2. United Nations
(1996 - 1997): Deputy Chief - UN-GCI (United Nations Guard Contingent in Iraq)
The main purpose with the mission was to overlook and report from the Kurdish area in the Northern Iraq,
while supporting the humanitarian UN relief work with security assessments and advice. UN-GCI made daily
security escorts and safety assessments to the large humanitarian program, and related to the “oil for food”
agreement. I reported directly to the UN management in New York, and was overall responsible for the
missions security, budgets, cooperation with Iraqi and local authorities and close cooperation with UN-
organizations, NGOs etc. I was security advisor to the UN and other international organizations in the
northern Iraq, and managed internal security and scams investigations. (Recommendation from head of WFP
attached).
(1996 - 1996): Senior Liaison Officer - UN-GCI; (Burundi)
Fact finding mission in Burundi. Main task was to evaluate possibility of deploying a UN-guard contingent in
Burundi.
(1995 – 1996): Senior Liaison Officer - UN-GCI; Baghdad
As Senior Liaison Officer, I was responsible for the daily cooperation with representatives from the Iraqi
MOFA and Protocol. I was executive security advisor to the UN assistant secretary general in Baghdad and
zone warden for UN in Baghdad. (Recommendation from UN assistant secretary general attached).
