Sep’13 – Present Regional Director - Anti Narcotics Force, Punjab, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
Heading a force which is mandated to operate against narcotics cartels and controlling the drug supply in the
province of Punjab, the largest province of Pakistan
Maintaining the presence of the force is in all mega cities, dry ports, airports, railway stations and motorways
Responsible for the implementation of effective strategy and execution of significant seizure
Responsible to maintain and deploy officers in different parts of the province by utilizing human resource
management skills due to limited skilled human resources
Planned intelligence and enforcement operations against the narcotics dens operating in Pakistan; resulting in
strategic seizures and apprehended maximum numbers of narcotics criminals
Responsible to hire Officer in charge of Police Station Anti Narcotics Force
Monitor and collects information on the activities of drugs traffickers/drugs trafficking organizations and carries
out operations leading to seizures of Narcotics drugs and arrests/apprehensions of drug traffickers
Supervises investigations of narcotics cases registered in the ANF Police Station under my command and
coordinates prosecutions of the cases with ANF Prosecutor in the courts.
