Objective
Provide clinical counseling expertise with diverse client populations, with evidence-based practice focus to create rapid relief and
long-term wellness and resilience. My therapeutic focus is using cognitive-based therapies and integration of proven mindfulness
strategies in order to develop a feeling of lifetime well-being and satisfaction. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, trauma,
adult ADD, anger management and life skills training for at-risk clients needing immediate relief to high functioning clients needing
help getting “unstuck” in order to move to the next level.
Given my background in international aid, logistics, humanitarian relief and disaster assistance, Warsaw Initiative Funding, Exercise-
Related Construction and in representing the United States to over 40 European nations and NATO, along with my impending 2-year
relocation to Da Nang, Vietnam, I have additional capacity for coordinating with government and military points of contact in the

Responsible for planning and executing USEUCOM’s Joint Training and Exercise Program. Primary interface with NATO and national
representatives from over 40 nations. Executes a $19 million budget integrating the USEUCOM Commander’s priorities in building
partnership capacity and enhancing relationships.
Commander, 570 Global Mobility Readiness Squadron, Travis AFB, CA 2008-2010
Commanded 48 Airmen representing 17 specialty codes to accomplish rapidly deployable airbase opening mission. US Transportation
Command’s liaison to NATO at Kandahar Aireld, responsible for integrating US operations into the busiest single runway operation in
the world. International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) lead at allied Combined Air Operations Center, responsible for coordinating
aircraft landing allocations amongst dozens of nations and non-governmental organizations.
Executive Officer, 15th Expeditionary Mobility Task Force, Travis AFB, CA 2007-2008
Assisted general ofcer in administrative duties of command. Ensured taskings to higher headquarters carried out quickly and accurately.
Managed schedule and access to senior ofcer and assisted him in evaluating ofcers across his 10,000 mile area of responsibility across
the Pacic theater of operations.
Operations Officer, 572 Global Mobility Squadron, Travis AFB, CA 2006-2007
Ensured training and medical readiness for 68 Airmen from 19 diverse specialty codes. Prepared and deployed Airmen on 12 hours
notice to hurricane relief and combat support operations.
Strategy Division Chief, 15 Air Mobility Operations Squadron, Travis AFB, CA 2004-2006
Led 12 Airmen in developing Air Force-level guidance for operations in Air Operations Centers around the world. Acted as airlift
planner for relief efforts in 2005 tsunami relief operations in Indonesia. Integrated with Australian, British and Japanese ofcers in
developing plans for relief mission.
2. KC-10 Instructor Aircraft Commander, 2 Aerial Refueling Squadron, McGuire AFB, NJ 2000-2003
Flew dozens of combat missions over Afghanistan and instructed crews on tactics during initial operations post 9/11. Provided instruction
to new pilots and acted as the squadron’s Chief of Safety. Integrated with ofcers from United Arab Emirates, Canadian Air Force, Dutch
Air Force and German Air Force to carry out refueling mission.

Developed briengs and correspondence for three-star general ofcer overseeing all major acquisitions programs for the United States Air
Force.
Congressional HQ Affairs Liaison, B-2 Program Office, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 1998-1999
Primary conduit for information ow between the B-2 Bomber program, members of Congress and the Pentagon. Cleared information
owing out of the Program Ofce to be used by Congress for budgetary decision making.
EF-111A Flight Lead, Cannon AFB, NM 1994-1998
Led 69 combat missions over Northern and Southern Iraq. Developed tactics and standards for 180-person squadron. Integrated with
Turkish, French, British and Saudi Arabian ofcers in planning and executing combat missions.

Graduated from demanding one-year program and selected for fighter duty.
Police Officer, Medina Police Department, Medina, WA 1989-1993
Served two years as volunteer, unpaid reserve officer, carrying out all duties of a regular police ofcer. Hired in 1992 to paid position to
replace departing ofcer. Normally the sole ofcer on duty performing all police work required, from trafc to animal control.
