Major Responsibilities:
 Manage almost 950 Crore BDT portfolio, 3.50 Lac borrower & 1000 staff;
 Manage 211 branches, 42 Areas and 9 Regions.
 Strategy Development, Business planning design. Financial & Risk Analysis, Team
management.
 Program Monitoring
 Revision of policy and procedure manuals, Gender and microfinance
 Member’s need assessment and capacity building,
 Developing Program Expansion Plan.
 Supervise field level operation
 Coordination with inter & Intra Program
 Provide technical and management support to overcome challenges in
implementation level
 Prepare different type program report as per management need
 Ensure staff development, placement staff right position and reduce staff dropout.

 Preparing report in timely manner
 Monitor project implementation by collecting data on output and outcome
indicators and documenting lessons learned and best practices.
 Supervise the community mobilization activities in the region to increase community
and male involvement in reproductive health.
 Prepare the annual work plan and budgets.
 Develop a relationship with local government and other related organizations.
Maintain office records properly and prepare activities report.
4. PO, Branch Manager and Area Manager: in different Area in Bangladesh, BRAC
Microfinance, April 2001 to– April, 2007.

 Operation credits, Income Generation and Vulnerable Group Development (IGVGD)

 Arrange weekly and monthly meeting with staffs in Branch office regularly and also
attended monthly meeting at regional /head office level.
