 Seeking a position that utilizes the skills required of a professional Librarian with an
emphasis on Library Services to teenaged patrons and apply my skills and experience as a
Librarian in a dynamic and service oriented environment.

Job Profile:
 Management, planning and monitoring of library.
 Oversees all operations of the Library and provide services to faculty, staff and students
 Supervises house-keeping activities of library .and manages the Library staff.
 Train employees in maintaining and documenting records/voucher/bills, orientation etc.
 Manages the fiscal responsibilities for library operations. Including budget preparation,

 Handling all stacking of books Journals, periodicals and accounting for their stocking
issue and return.
 Acquisition, processing, classification, cataloguing, organizing, managing and
preservation of library collection (books, magazine, CDs cassettes, audio & video etc)
 Responsible for leading the Library Automation initiatives, including planning,
developing and implementing the infrastructure that enhance access to the intellectual
recourses of the library.
