successfully introducing the new products, based on the transfer time plan.
• Prepare the budget, related to the NPI activities based on the volume, timing
(SOP + ramp-up), technical characteristics of the new products. Plans and
assures the investment approvals for the new tools required for the transferred
or new products to be started in TRW Romania.
• Act as Project Manager representing TRW Romania plant in relation with the
support departments from TRW Spain.
• Coordinate the communication with Group supporting functions regarding the
status of the NPI activities, technical issues, etc.
• Coordinate the implementation of the technical changes required by R&D
group or by local needs of the process / products / equipment.
