I N T R O D U C E
Starting from my working style, together with help from working as team, I have founded
a success on my assignment both as a student at Assumption University, and as a staff at
KPMG. The key to the answer is that work with coaching style and open to the other opinion, of
which lead me and my team to come up with the best achievement in our hardest moment.
In this moment, I have experienced and learned a lot of knowledge which may contribute
and make me able to deliver the work assigned from my study time at Assumption University
and working at KPMG, even though it might be the new challenges. Not only what I have
learned from the accounting & business skill, but I also learned how to find the source of
information under the pressure of the tight deadline, and how to listen and work as a team.
These thing ensures that I can figure out how to solve the new challenge.
I strongly believe that we could not survive in this world without friend and family.
Moreover, I have learned how to balance between working and my personal life. Thus, I think I
could manage to work with the new challenge and pressure to come up with the best
deliverable.
