more than 60 workers in Poipet, and also assigned over 100

In terms of our recruitment service, we have introduced over
300 staffs, and their nationalities are mainly Cambodian, but
Japanese and Chinese are also included.
Manufacturing
Outsourcing Service?
We recruit and dispatch workers to factories.
 Merit1: Since we have a wide network in Cambodia, we can
collect workers easily and quickly.
 Merit2: Since we dispatch them for the certain period, clients
can deal with seasonal production easily.
 Merit3: Since we employ dispatch workers at the minimum
wage, clients can decrease labor costs.
New Dispatch Service
We will start a new dispatch
service, sending Cambodian
workers to Thailand. They are
motivated to work in Thailand
because Thailand is such a
developed country that Cambodians
admire a life in Thailand and collect
news on Thai fashion, music and
culture.
Why we recommend it ?
 Merit1: Improvement of the stability of the work force.
Cambodian workers can work for 2 years once and would not
stop working for their motivation.

Since you can use the labor force at the minimum wage rate, cost
reduction is expected.
