Responsible for controlling delivery pipeline for all software releases into the Southern Programme, running at
300 releases per annum across 25 subsystems. Coordinating deliveries from UK & US based teams and liaising
with the receiving customer teams. Ran the joint release control board for all software deliveries between Cerner,
Fujitsu & the NHS.
Background: Cerner, the world’s largest healthcare software house, was providing its Millennium software to be
used in all hospitals in London and the South as part of the NHS Connecting for Health programme.
Achievements:
 Maintained and strengthened existing processes whilst managing the transition of deliveries from new

Operated as project recovery specialist, working with project managers to turn around 4 development streams in

Background: This healthcare software house was providing the Carecast system to be used in London as part
of the NHS Connecting for Health programme.
Achievements:
 Bringing both initial modules back into the standard process flow. Handling a backlog of critical issues
previously demanding board level involvement. ‘Rescued’ several other problem projects.
