2012-2013 attended Kenya institute of management to pursue human resource management in
diploma level where I did section (i), (ii) and (iii).
2008-2011 secondary level I did school at st. Dominic secondary school fly over where I
completed my high school level.
2004-2007 between this years I attended four classes that is (5, 6, 7 and 8) at Kajei primary
school in Malaba town.
2000-2003 attended Nabumali primary school in Mbale(Uganda) where I did class (1,2,3 and 4).
Objective
My internship at Egerton University (Njoro) has taken me through courses on how to relate,
interact and work with professionals, skilled, semiskilled, and those unskilled members of our
society.
My main objectives include; making sure that the organization will be in a position to be
working skilled employees of high performance hence more production and profit for the
company. Creating a peaceful working environment for employees will ensure higher returns in
production since most time will be utilized in the achievement of the organization goals and
targets. To establish a continues flow of communication from the top management to the
employees and ensuring that the message communicated is well understood and delivered in
time. Also by creating a healthy and clean working environment plus good income for
employees this will help motive employees to work extra hard and not think of dropping out. Not
forgetting I will put effort to maximize the profit and minimize lost hence formulating new ways

in which I will cut expenses and double the efforts to achieve more. Mostly I will assure team
work is one of the areas I will make sure to strengthen more as from a good coordination great
goals will be achieved. Working by example-striving to see that what I want done is what I
personally do (walking the talk). Finally in person will be daily making follow ups of all
employees’ attendance and those who missed work without permission will have to face the
punishment according to the company policy.

Professionally I have under taken human resource management under which have learned skills
such as;

 Computer skills
From the above acquired skill am in a better position to make upright decisions.
Working experience
Worked as a computer teacher at prince driving school Githorai. Also worked with Madison
insurance for a period of one and half month. Currently working with jubilee insurance as a sales
representative.
I am Current working as an insurance consultant with CIDA insurance agency. Whereby we
compare insurance covers from different insurance company then advice our clients on which are
the best to go with and have best rates, benefits and are reliable.
Achievements
I am devoted individual who is willing and has ability to work with other colleagues
professionally in order to achieve the goals of the organization.
Due to the wide range of experience to work with sales department for insurance I have been
able to achieve good inter-person skills on how to associate with customers, managers, and
fellow co-workers.
I have also good managing skills from my internship from Egerton University as human resource
manager for a period of three month; my duties were such as;
