1. October 2013-todate: Improved discipline section, organization HR records
management performance systems and its diversity, on retention and promotion activity,
ensuring established standards of continuous quality improvement are met; providing
leadership for outstanding customer service at all level of organization by developing

comprehensive teams through coaching, mentoring and providing problem resolution to
support operations of the records information management.
2. February 2009 –March 2012 defined goals and plan for HR records management
program for future organizational performance and decision implementation of task and
use of resources needed to attain them; communicated goals to employees through the
