 Inviting candidate to receive offer letter after getting pre-medicates test result.
ONBOARDING FUNCTION
 Giving new staff all necessary document to complete including staff identity card
 Opening salary account for new staff
 Liaising with all necessary departments for working tools.
 Attaching staff to the appropriate buddies(Existing Staff For Familiarization)
LEAVE ADMINISTRATION.
 Coordinating the leave plan of staff in head office
 Approval of North and Abuja staff annual leave.
LIAISON FUNTION
Liaising with different division and department to identify the business challenges and providing hr advice or support
to the business.
Liaising with divisions and department to identify their critical vacancy so as to provide solution to their staff need.
These functions are done by attending the various meeting especially their monthly and quarterly business review.
REPORTING FUNCTION
Preparing monthly report of the work done to the Divisional Head HCM.
