Curtis Harlan Green (1925-2002) was the founder of the architecture firm Hammel, Green and Abrahamson in 1953. He had a distinguished career in architecture and earned degrees from the University of Minnesota and MIT. Green took pride in his Swedish heritage and Christian faith. He built a close-knit family, being married to his high school sweetheart Marje for 55 years and having 4 daughters and 11 grandchildren. Green integrated his passions for design, family, and community through his work designing various buildings and through memberships in his church and golf club.
