Curry-Roasted Cauliflower

       what you need
       1/4 cup olive oil
       2 tsp. curry powder
       2 tsp. sugar
       1 tsp. lemon juice
       1/2 tsp. salt
       1/4 tsp. black pepper
       4 cups cauliflower florets
       1/3 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds
       ½ can of cooked ham

       Make It
       Brake the cauliflower into florets. Drop into a pan of boiling salted water and cook it for
       5 min. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. Spread the florets on a
       kitchen paper towel and dry it.

       PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix oil, curry powder, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper in
       large bowl. Add cauliflower; toss to coat.

       PLACE in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with foil.

       BAKE 15 min. Add almonds; chopped ham and mix lightly. Bake, uncovered, an
       additional 10 to 15 min. or until cauliflower is lightly browned and almonds and ham are
       toasted.
