Successfully transitioned 3 new processes Off-shored to SG GSC is “Project Planning
Unified System” (PPLUS) “Project Management Office (PMO) for Asia Pac” and
“Procurement for Asia Pac”.
PPLUS is a tool used for planning a project and time tracking on the time spent on the
tasks/subtasks of the activity.

• Troubleshooting on the PPLUS issues faced by Users or Managers,
• End of Month Process (monitoring & control of time spent in the month),
• Generating Monthly report using PPLUS report pack (time spent on each activity with

Procurement for Asia Pac has been part of the procurement team at SG GSC,

• Cost allocation of Telecom Invoices to the various department based on their usage.
