JOB WISH/GOAL
I have a passion for jobs and projects which are technically challenging! Through each of the projects I have
managed in Semco, I have also had the opportunity to act as Engineering Manager in addition to being the
Project Manager. This has given me much satisfaction since I have a strong technical background and wants to
be involved in technical matters as well as Project Management. Furthermore, it has proved to be a very good

The project has just started and currently the work is focused on establishing
budget, hours to execute and finalizing documentation delivery with the End
Customer. Project completion: mid 2016
Project delivery: Complete telecommunication package including 7 systems
like Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Local Area Network (LAN), TETRA radio
system, Line of Site microwave equipment (LoS), VHF Radio communication
and Navigation aid system among others.

Took over the project from the previous Project Manager who had resigned from
Semco A/S. Initial work involved getting the project back on track by revising the
overall project plan and regaining the Customers confidence by delivering
according to agreed plan. As part of progress reporting, weekly progress reports
were prepared and progress meetings were held. Apart from that, work also
involved identifying remaining outstanding work related to engineering and
documentation and preparation of Variation Orders (if applicable), completion of
As-Built documentation (2400 documents in total) and commercial closure of the
Project which was done by end July 2014.

related systems like Access Control, Automatic Personnel Registration System

The main function was to manage Semco personnel at site (up to 20 Semco staff
at time, both from DK and SG) and to coordinate between Customer, EPC
Contractor (SMOE) and Semco Engineering department in Esbjerg to ensure that
site related issues were prioritized and re-engineered as necessary during the
installation and commissioning phase.
Due to the extent of this project and the capabilities of the EPC Contractor, many
changes had to be engineered onsite due to the actual site installation was not
done according to the design, which complicated the installation of Semco
provided systems significantly.
May 2011 – April 2013 Project Manager on Ekofisk 2/4Z Wellhead Platform, Semco Maritime A/S
End Customer: Conoco Phillips ( Link to Ekofisk 2/4Z ).
EPC Contractor: Aker Solution (Oslo).
Involved from the beginning with preparation of tender bid, technical and
commercial clarification meetings with EPC Contractor and project planning
and execution. As part of progress reporting, weekly progress reports were
prepared and weekly progress meetings were held. Completion of As-Built
documentation (approx. 500 documents in total) was completed in mid-2013
and commercial closure of the Project was done in May 2014.

Personnel Registration System (APRS), Public Address / General Alarm (PAGA),

After graduating as Electronic Engineer at Aalborg Technical College, I was
offered a job at Danphone A/S in Pandrup as an R&D Engineer. Work involved
development of various digital circuit boards for dedicated radio
communication systems for harbors, coast guard services, train services and
for the oil and gas sector. Apart from being involved in R&D work, I was also
fortunate to be involved in the installation, commissioning and training on
some of the systems that was sold to end-customers in Norway, Singapore
and Malaysia.

Worked for 6 month as a helper before starting the 3 and a half year
