Gegenstand der hier vorgestellten Arbeit ist die Entwicklung eines Social Media-Konzepts für die Euro-Leasing GmbH. Ziel der Arbeit ist die funktionelle Einbindung von Social Media-Kanälen in die bestehende PR-Arbeit der Firma. Dafür werden Zielgruppen und Kommunikationsziele definiert und geeignete Social Media-Anwendungen gewählt. Die Anwendungen werden in ihren Funktionen beschrieben und in einem funktionalen Kommunikationsablauf dargestellt. Die Kommunikationsinstrumente der PR-Arbeit werden abschließend miteinander verglichen. Ein konzeptvorbereitender Teil informiert den Leser über grundlegende Zusammenhänge von Social Media und Public Relations. Hierbei wird auch der gewonnene Mehrwert für die PR-Arbeit beschrieben. Nachtrag:
Die Arbeit stammt aus dem Jahr 2011 und wurde mit der Note 1,3 bewertet. Mittlerweile hat sich viel getan und verändert im Social Web. Mister Wong hat sich beispielsweise als Bookmarking-Dienst verabschiedet und ist Richtung Mode weitergezogen. Facebook hat ein ganz anderes Gewicht bekommen. Dienste wie Instagram, Pinterest und viele andere sind dazu gekommen. Heutzutage würde ich die Teil der Kommunikationsanwenung und den Ablauf komplett anders darstellen.
