 Prepare BOQ & BBS for entire project and support tender team as per requirements.
 Prepare Shop drawings for Block work layout and wall layouts
 Prepare Shop drawings for Tile layout such as Floor tiles , Wall Tiles (Kitchen & Toilet)
 Prepare Service drawings Such as Dewa / Du / Etisalat routing in site
 Prepare HSE drawings such as Road route (HMV,LMV) , Fire evacuation layout and Escape plan
 Coordinate with Construction manager and get site status regularly to prepare Weekly/ Monthly report plan
 Coordinate with MEP team and Sub contractor preparing Overall Coordination drawing Service drawing
 Revise the drawing as per Consultant / Client Comments.

2.  Raise RFI on drawings to Consultant to get clear view.
 Release Advanced copy drawings & IFC drawings tositeas per the drawingapproval as well as site requirements.
 Coordinate with site and prepare As built drawings.

 RCC detail drawings for Equipment, Tower, Transformer and LM foundation.
 Prepare Fence and Boundary layout
 Prepare Architectural GA and RCC details for Building as Sub structures and Super structures.
 Building Drainage, Switchyard Drainage and Sanitary drawings.
 Prepare Bill of materials, Bill of Quantity, Bar Bending Schedule and Summarized to make invoice.
