   • Responsible for managing the careers and training of all the product groups
       managers, in support functions (HR, Finance, Purchasing, and Sales &
       Marketing). Directly in charge of France and Germany with world-wide
       consolidation. Assisting and validating on recruitment.

       field site

01.02.2007 – 30.09.2008 - HR Partner, Soft Product Line Division, Brieres, France
   • Responsible HR Partner for the division’s 13 Sites (11 Plants) dealing with all
       HR subjects. Manager of 4 direct employees. Also responsible for the
       recruitment of all Divisional Positions and the positions for the site of Brieres,
       plus the recruitment of the Top Management Positions in all countries or as
       support for the Country HR Manager / site Manager. (Countries: France /

   • Short term assignment. Responsible to support the 5 plants in Slovakia, to
       deploy EE. Responsible to hire a person and to train them, so they could
       take over my position at the end of my assignment. (See EE profile below)

   •      Between January 2006 and May 2006, I also spent Most of my time in
          Slovakia as Interim HR Manager for our site in Lozorno. I employed and then
          trained the new, site HR Manager.
