 Sales Manager for Nestle Professional Egypt and Libya since 2008 till
present.
Main Responsibilities :
 Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology. All over
Egypt mainly (Cairo, Alex, Hurghada, Sharm, luxor and Aswan)
 Achieving the annual sales volume & value and distribution targets.
 Directing, supervising and motivating the supervisors of the region to
achieve the desired sales-objectives at the outlet and channel levels.
 Planning of channel and customer development programs.
 Supervising the implementation of the channel and customer development
programs.
 Taking initiatives of tailor-made promotions and merchandising guidelines.
 Planning and follow up of pre and post evaluation of consumer/trade and
channel promotions and campaigns
 Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop
new customers for products and services .
 Organizing and structuring the sales force organization to optimize
consistent profitable growth.
 Prospecting new business opportunities at the region
 Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies,
and operating procedures .
 Constantly reviewing competitive activities at the marketplace, reporting
them to the management & recommending action plans.
 Handle all customer complaints & objections
 Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors .
 Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations .
 Positive partnering with department managers and corporate staff to
develop company business plans for the company .
 Plan and implement point of sales/purchase material in liaison with the
marketing in addition to outlet branding in order to increase purchase.

Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff .
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
 Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting,
negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota
goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning marketing strategies,
advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts .
 Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability
to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and
simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate
group meetings .
 This is acquired through the completion of ten years of experience in a senior-
level sales position .
 Obtained the IELTS certificate with an overall score of 7.5
