Rural development is main aspect to develop a rustic India as over 50 % population lives in rural outskirts. The scenario isn't different at national level. This is often the most reason that the majority of the event schemes prepared to stay such facts as a main focus. An assessment for rural Rajasthan is to induce prepare the youths of generative and skilled on a contemporary parameter of livelihood and employment. The most target of such systematic preparation is to synchronically employ the functioning populace within the unorganized perimeters. Unorganized sector or grey economy bestows around 50 percent of the Rajasthan's GDP. In fact, it employs workers in, unpaid family work, micro and small enterprises, casual labour and home-based work on an honest scale. Within the same context, it also engages migrant labourers, farmers of lean agriculture season and more precisely drop-out of rural youth from schools. As per Indian Staffing Federation Report (2019), Period of 2015 to 2018, Skill India Mission contribution is 9.3 Lacs formal workforce and 70 thousand recruitments (Rituparna Chakraborty, 2019). If we focus from the last couple of years, the Indian economy has attestation of a structural transformation from agrarian process to manufacturing and various service-oriented activities. Similarly, this also made impact on the economy of Rajasthan. Rural development is facing a paradoxical situation where the youth of the rural areas are leaving the agrarian work and moving into the labour market for searching the jobs; on the opposite hand, industries are complaining of unavailability of appropriately and contemporary skilled manpower. This paradox reflects the criticality of rural development in context of need identification, to boost the employability of the growing young population and also to gear-up the economy to understand the target of faster and inclusive growth with innovative CSR contribution.

Abstract— It is easier and faster for students to learn from knowledgeable students. The speed of information age and evolving educational technology have changed the way of teaching and the level of knowledge acquired during teaching. In this study, we present establishment of educational network among the undergraduate with mobile application. Students will be trained on the mobile application using smart devices which are present in almost every university student today. For this training, firstly the teams will be established and the target group will be reached for the education given by the knowledgeable student. With the mobile application to be prepared, students will be able to enroll in courses that are opened, will be notified about the lessons from the instructors and will be able to access the necessary source documents easily. The application will also be a website at the same time and all the operations performed in the application will also be available on the website.

Constraint to Effective use of ICT on Islamic Education A Critical Analysis o...YogeshIJTSRD
This research focused and analyze some problems that militate the effective use of ICT on Islamic education in secondary schools. These problems include Lack of technical knowhow by the teachers, Interest of parental influence, Lack of maintenance, Lack of political will to support ICT programme, Inadequate provision of modern ICT facilities, Irregular power supply and Lack of Arabic language to use Islamic gadget. Survey research design is adopted in the study and validated self structure questionnaire is raise and use to obtain data about 111 questionnaires were randomly distributed to both public and private secondary school teachers in Jos, Plateau state. The quantitative data returned were evaluated using descriptive statistics and further analyzed using Independent sample Mann Whitney U test in SPSS version 25 . The results of the study reveal that there is an Insignificant difference between public and private secondary school to the challenges faces to effective use of ICT with Z= .508 at P .05 level of significance, where we retain the null hypothesis of the statistical test. It is recommended that ICT programme should be implemented and make it compulsory to each and every school by the government, continues training of ICT skill to teachers and buying of modern facilities should be adhere, and involvement of parent and political leaders should be encourage, equally they should motivate and sponsored the ICT resources and programme respectively to their various home and zones. This can be cited with an increased number of online classes, conferences, meetings, etc. It can be noted that the world is completely dependent on information technologies during this crisis. students. In response to the fast development in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), e-learning
was therefore adopted by many universities and other higher institutions around the globe as a way of
improving and supporting their teaching-learning activities and making education accessible for all society
members.. Unfortunately, this rapidly changing technological resource along with the ever growing and mobile
society has no doubt created many challenges for students, teachers, parents, administrators and policymakers
particularly in developing countries. This actually made the paper to assess the e-learning structure in term of
physical infrastructure and human development at the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti through data collected
both by structured interview and questionnaires. The analyses of which the states of development are at low

DIGITAL-S aims to experiment and develop the effective use of ICTs for trainers willing to keep pace with digital technology in the field of training. The project will particularly focus on distance education learning for adult learners from rural areas having urgent specific needs to enhance their digital skills as an essential European key skill.

But integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in our teaching-learning process, in our curriculum is an undeniable fact. It is not only the demand of the hour, National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC) has made adopting ICT mandatory. Besides, for promotion or direct recruitment in superior position, now teachers need to furnish Academic Performance Indicator (API) that also provides points for the teachers who has integrated ICT in delivering their lectures. Thus embracing ICT not only benefits Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) but also facilitates teachers as well as preparing students for the 21st century and beyond. In today's world access, equity and quality are 3 cardinal principles to promote advancement of learning and higher education. I have divided my presentation in 3 parts-firstly I have given few introductory concepts, next, 7 practical steps to inculcate ICT in your college and thirdly, few important initiatives that have taken by the MHRD through its NMEICT project. In fact, ICT has changed our lives, the way we think, work, read and learn. Some people may think that ICT has changed everything which they may not be able to cope up with but this is not true because nothing has changed. Only the form, formats, storage and delivery mechanism have changed. We have to take our education to the next higher level to make our education globally competing and we have to connect with the world through exchanging our ideas and our resources. ICT has empowered us for better and improved communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity. ICT is change agent. These 4C's can change the higher educational scenario in our country in the years to come.

How should our higher education institutions respond to innovations in new AI-based language processing software (like Chat GPT)?
Summary
Education Development staff and units are already receiving enquiries from academics who are concerned about new AI-based language processing software (like Chat GPT) and more recent innovations from Microsoft and Google, using current internet search data. This session will summarise main issues and the most likely developments in this software before suggesting major steps which every institution could/should take to ensure that we take advantage of its considerable educational potential.
Outline
A leading expert on artificial intelligence (AI) and its application to learning, Donald Clark, suggests that the date of ChatGPT’s official release:
“...will go down in history as the day a new wave of innovation around AI was given birth. This will change everything in learning.” (1)
In its own words:
“ChatGPT can understand, generate and respond to human language. It is a sophisticated technology that can help in various applications like chatbot and other language generation tasks.” (2)
ChatGPT became the fastest-growing software application of all time, immediately generating media headlines such as: “Goodbye homework” (The Telegraph) and “AI bot ChatGPT stuns academics with essay-writing skills” (The Guardian)
Academics are running pilots/trials (3) and have already demonstrated that ChatGPT can:
• Write assignments and reports (which can be adapted to communicate to different levels of audience) and achieve pass grades at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. (4)
• Grade assignments against assessment criteria and produce an appropriate feedback report. (5)
• Write module specifications. (5)
• Produce lesson plans for specified topics. (5)
• Be a useful study aid (6)
• Construct several different drafts on a given topic. (6)
• Produce outlines for essays or reports. (6)
• Write working computer code. (7)
• Produce illustrations from a written description. (8)
ChatGPT’s success and new products (such as Bing from Microsoft and the Bard from Google) raises fundamental questions about its use by students. Will they use it to enhance learning (as ‘study buddy’ or ‘writer’s assistant’) or as a sophisticated plagiarism tool (which cannot yet be reliably detected by tools like Turnitin)?
This session will summarise main issues and the most likely developments in this software (9, 10) before suggesting major steps which every institution could/should take to ensure that we take advantage of its considerable educational affordances and potential “PedAIgogical” impact (11).

Removing Uninteresting Bytes in Software FuzzingAftab Hussain
Imagine a world where software fuzzing, the process of mutating bytes in test seeds to uncover hidden and erroneous program behaviors, becomes faster and more effective. A lot depends on the initial seeds, which can significantly dictate the trajectory of a fuzzing campaign, particularly in terms of how long it takes to uncover interesting behaviour in your code. We introduce DIAR, a technique designed to speedup fuzzing campaigns by pinpointing and eliminating those uninteresting bytes in the seeds. Picture this: instead of wasting valuable resources on meaningless mutations in large, bloated seeds, DIAR removes the unnecessary bytes, streamlining the entire process.
In this work, we equipped AFL, a popular fuzzer, with DIAR and examined two critical Linux libraries -- Libxml's xmllint, a tool for parsing xml documents, and Binutil's readelf, an essential debugging and security analysis command-line tool used to display detailed information about ELF (Executable and Linkable Format). Our preliminary results show that AFL+DIAR does not only discover new paths more quickly but also achieves higher coverage overall. This work thus showcases how starting with lean and optimized seeds can lead to faster, more comprehensive fuzzing campaigns -- and DIAR helps you find such seeds.

The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes.
