2. • Cuckoos are birds which come from
many areas of the world.
• They are migratory birds which means
they fly to warm countries in the
winter to search for food.
• Cuckoos lay their eggs in the nests of
other birds. When the eggs hatch, the
baby cuckoos are then fed by the nest
building bird.
