- When Billiw Holliday and Aurhtor Herog Jr, penned these words many years ago they ay not have understood how they were in portraying an underling value that is at the heart of so much of the inequality and conflict int he world. Which has brought us to what we can only describe as a world in Upheaval. We ae in a world where:
- [All of this is Causing many of us to stop and pay attention to what matters and in the examination determine if what we doing, how we re living, what we are promoting is supporting what we believes matters.] We can not look at the increasing number of children and women in poverty and not ask how did we get here? This isn’t possible, Whats wrong with people? We are better than this. We are being called on to make change to engage in bold action Just like 1988 in Tinnenman Sq? Taking these actions because they know we need to disrupt the implicit values that have gotten us here. That value the 99% are saying needs to be disrupted was best expressed by Billy Holiday.
