• Row Key : The database column that specifies a
row or group of rows in a cross tab report.
Use more than one row key if you want to group the rows.
• Column Key : Database column that specifies what is
is tabulated in the columns of your cross tab report.
Because each cross tab report has a fixed no. of columns,
you choose column keys that have a limited, predictable
number of items in them.
