In this fast-paced session, participants will collaborate with two other educators from different roles on campus to brainstorm ideas for specific learning opportunities upon which they could collaborate or partnerships they could form. The session will consist of three rounds of collaborative ideation, after which participants will have time to circle back and focus on ideas that had real traction for them, so they can begin planning specifics and next steps. Work will be captured in a live Google doc, so try to bring a laptop or tablet!

10. How We’ll Proceed
• Cross-functional triads: always try to find people with
different colored-dots!
• Three rounds of brainstorming, 30 minutes each.
• Enter the results of your efforts on a collaborative
Google sheet.
• Some time at the end to circle back to the ideas you
really like and flesh them out more.
11. In Each Round
• Introduce yourselves, dimensions that resonate with your
work AND those that you’re interested in exploring.
• Designate “scribe” who claims three rows on the Google
sheet (example on next slide).
• Brainstorm activities in which at least two of you could
work together—ideally all three.
• Try for three different learning opportunities/partnerships.
