• With CRM quickly becoming an integral part of
organizational infrastructures, you need answers to
the “what, who, when, where, why, and how”
questions about CRM. What is CRM? Who needs it?
When will I be ready? Where can I get the information
I need to evaluate what’s right for me? Why use
Sage? How will CRM impact my organization? We will
