Critically review philosophical paradigms and relate how they apply in real-life contexts.
Solution
Philosophical paradigms can be defined as those laws, theories and teaching of philosophy which
guides the way we do things and establishes a set of practices. Philosophical paradigm can be
characterized with three concept as given by Guba i.e.ontology , epistemology and methodology.
Ontology means what is the reality. We belive those things which we see and perceived in the
nature.In our real life we do belive in sun,moon, fire, trees etc becuase there are realist existence
of these objects. Epistemology means how we know about something, it is our belive system and
perceived relationship with our knowledge. We belive that sun rise in the east and set in the west
because we have given name to the direction, earth revolve around sun etc. Methodology is
finding out knowledge.Scientific and social research, ideological framework etc.

Solution Philosophical paradigms can be defined as those laws, theories and teaching of philosophy which guides the way we do things and establishes a set of practices. Philosophical paradigm can be characterized with three concept as given by Guba i.e.ontology , epistemology and methodology. Ontology means what is the reality. We belive those things which we see and perceived in the nature.In our real life we do belive in sun,moon, fire, trees etc becuase there are realist existence of these objects. Epistemology means how we know about something, it is our belive system and perceived relationship with our knowledge. We belive that sun rise in the east and set in the west because we have given name to the direction, earth revolve around sun etc. Methodology is finding out knowledge.Scientific and social research, ideological framework etc.
