 Greet customers entering the shop & provide them with information about products & or services.
 Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amount is correct and that
there is adequate change.
 Maintain clean and orderly check outs areas.
 Established or identify prices of goods, services and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers
or optical price scanner.
 Answer customers question and provide information on procedures and policies.
 Calculate total payments received during a time period and reconcile this with total sales.
