This document proposes an Advanced Crime Control Model for Pakistan with 6 key stakeholders: citizens, police, criminal courts, jails, citizen-police liaison groups, and inclusion of parliament and media as partners. The model aims to more effectively control crime through fair evaluation of criminal intent and incidents, arrest and sentencing of criminals, and awarding citizens, police, and lawyers. It is presented as an improvement over the basic 4 stakeholder model due to lower reported crime prevalence with the additional groups and oversight.
