In a nutshell
Edward Montserin has worked in senior creative and business development positions in both local and international
advertising agencies and has over 14 years experience in strategy development and implementing communication
solutions.
Mr. Montserin is a pioneer of New Media and web development in the Caribbean. In 1994, he co-founded Trinidad
and Tobago’s first Interactive development design studio-Caribbean Interactive Multimedia.
He is responsible for the Creative design, Strategy and Implementation behind many of the first corporate web sites
in Trinidad and Tobago, including those for TSTT, TIDCO and TATIL.
Mr. Montserin’s specialties are communication design, information architecture and e-business strategy develop-
ment. He holds a BSc in Advertising and Art Direction from the University of Florida.
His e-business consulting experience has been focused on developing business value through knowledge manage-
ment and his list of successful client engagements include Neal and Massy Holdings Ltd., Republic Bank Limited, The
National Commercial Bank of Grenada, Intercommercial Bank Ltd, Fitzwilliam, Stone, Furness-Smith & Morgan and
Tourism and Industrial Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited.
Achievements
• Developed a regional e-business strategy for the Neal and Massy group
• Co-founded one of the Caribbeans first New Media development agencies
• Creative/Technical director on "Africa the Mother of Civilization"-the first Interactive Multimedia
CD-ROM to be produced in Trinidad and Tobago.
• Creative/Technical direction of "Rituals of Trinidad Carnival"-The first Enhanced CD to be produced in
Trinidad and Tobago. (Launched at MIDEM Music Conference in Miami Florida).
• Developed a full e-commerce booking portal for the Caribbean Hotels and Tourism Association
• Developed an enterprise level prequalification and tendering portal for Phoenix Park Gas Processors
Limited.
• Creative direction/Experience architecture of "www.careerbuildertt.com" Republic Bank's portal,
based on personalized content delivered dynamically to its users via server side functionality
• Developed and implemented cloud based ICT solutions for regional SMEs
