project in a developing country via @Kiva. Until today, more than 1000 loans (worth more than 100k S$) has

you had to endure at Senso restaurant yesterday.
Our goal at SC is to deliver consistent values to build long-term relationship with all of our members. Based
on the event you described, we did not meet this goal. We will contact Senso restaurant immediately to
investigate the incident and find out the root causes of the event.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide a monetary compensation due to the strict agreements with our
Partners. However, as a tangible means of acknowledging your disappointment, enclosed is a voucher that
offers 50% discount to any of our partner restaurants for two people.
