“Streetwise Mentorship and Fitness
for youths”]
The purpose of this proposal isto providean effective program for local youths . Premier Fight Club was established through the
background of boxingbut strives to make an impacton the community and provide a facility thatyouth, teens, and adults can attend
together to bond through fitness,“Goal-Oriented” training,and boxing. Boxingis the passion of the head trainers who want to
teach the sport of boxingand empower youths to pursuetheir dreams.
As one considers theoutcome that boxinghas had on our head trainers lives,itis safeto say that it saved both of them. Since
opening Premier Fight Club we have already changed or redirected many kids/youths lives through boxingand fitness. From jus t
providinga placefor youths to go instead of being on the streets with nothing but idletime, we will makean impact.
To continueprovidingthe best quality mentorship and coachingthere are many things we will need. We have been working with
the bare minimum and damaged equipment and gear. We arelookingto establish and provideactual “outcome measurements” in
the surrounding communities and reach out to the areas who need itthe most.
We have recently achieved non profit 501(c)3 status and arein need of sponsors to keep the program going and ensure that the
highest quality mentoring continues. There is a leak in the roof that needs to be repaired, we have been working on the roof since
March 2015 and stopped the leaks for the time being but there are some other areas that need addressed. We will need
equipment and gear for everyone, what we have now is not enough and not in good condition. We need windows repaired and
installed. There is a bathroom on the floor below but we will need a bathroom/locker room in the gym. For the youths who do not
have the means to get to the gym we would liketo providetransportation in an after school styleprogramwhere dinners will be
provided. We also need help with insurance,rent and utilities.
Our proposal isfor the purchaseof any or all of the above stated items. This would ensure that we will haveeverything we need to
continue to provide the best quality trainingand mentoring.
Our Mission
To provide guidance, mentorship & fitness training to young people in a way that channels their energy towards healthy
habits, builds confidence in their own abilities & instills values that empower them to pursue their dreams

In 2015 we made great progress but still havea longway to go to reach our goals. Looking forward to 2016 the mission will stay
the same, “to provide a positiveenvironment and program for youths, teens, and adults to bond through goal-oriented trainingand
fitness”. We also wantto be able to provide transportation for the youths and families who haveno means to travel to the gym.
Another priority for 2016 is to be ableto provide “scholarships”for lowincome families who can’t afford equipment or membership.
Our activities aresupported by raisingfunds to help pay for items such as annual licensingfees,insurance, buyingprotective
equipment & uniforms and pay for the rental of the facility. Weare always lookingto upgrade the program to provide the best
quality programpossible.
