Lung Cancer: Artificial Intelligence, Synergetics, Complex System Analysis, S...Oleg Kshivets
RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years – 64.8%, 20 years – 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP – more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0—N12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0—N12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.

Creation of human ( an ebm of what written 1431 year ago in quran )
1. A journey of faith through Creation of Human Abduldaem Al - Kaheel www.kaheel7.com Translated by : Ahmed Adham [email_address]
2. (Say: "Travel in the land and see how (Allah) originated the creation, and then Allah will bring forth the creation of the Hereafter (i.e. resurrection after death). Verily, Allah is Able to do all things.” ( ] Sûrat Al - ‘Ankabût -V erse 20 ]
3. Dear my lovers ! This research is not just for reading or knowledge , but it is a kind of worship to Allah , and a respond to the divine order :(So let man see from what he is created) to realize the power of God by bringing us back after death (Verily, (Allah) is Able to bring him back (to life)). Therefore, thinking in God’s creation is a great worship and it’s not less important than prayer , fasting and almsgiving . That thinking refines our soul and makes us modest in front of the grandeur of the creator and also increase our belief in God be He blessed and exalted . In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the Âlamîn (mankind, jinn and all that exists) and peace be upon our prophet (Muhammad) and his family and companions
4. So let man see from what he is created… During this journey of faith, we will look at the stages of human’s creation by using the taken photos by scientists in the twenty one century and to look attentively at these stages as God told us about it in the Qur’an fourteen century ago.
5. Dust is The first stage in creation Scientists confirm that our body contains the same elements as the existed in dust . Exactly as Qur’an told us , God says: (And among His Signs is this, that He created you (Adam) from dust, and then behold you are human beings scattered) . (Sûrat Ar - Rûm – verse 20 )
6. Water God created everything from water. Scientists found that percentage of water in the bodies of the living organisms is more than 70%, God says: (And We have made from water every living thing ) Sûrat Al-Anbiyâ-’Verse 30) (Allah has created every moving (living) creature from water ) (Sûrat An-Nûr- verse45)
7. Human should be modest , also should get rid of his arrogance when he realize that his origin is from the clay followed by unseen sperm . God says: (O man! What has made you careless about your Lord, the Most Generous? * Who created you, fashioned you perfectly, and gave you due proportion * In whatever form He willed, He put you together) Sûrat Al-Infitâr- verse 6:8). O Man… know your origin….. Spermatozoon
8. One of the most strange phenomena is the creation of human !one cell grows to be 100 trillion cell , How does this operation happen? who controls this precise program, Is it nature or the creator of nature? 100000000000000 One hundred trillion cell A fertilized cell which is seen only by a microscope After 9 months
9. The most strange thing is that the mother cell starts to split but it doesn’t produce same cells, but different cells ,some of it for skin, bone , brain eye and heart , etc……who tells these cells to do such job ? God says: ( He has created everything, and has measured it exactly according to its due measurements ) ( Sûrat Al-Furqân -verse2 ). The program of life who made it?
11. (And indeed We created man (Adam) out of an extract of clay (water and Dust) * Thereafter We made him (the offspring of Adam) as a Nutfah (mixed drops of the male and female sexual discharge )and lodged it in a safe lodging (womb of the woman) * Then We made the Nutfah into a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood), then We made the clot into a little lump of flesh , then We made out of that little lump of flesh bones , then We clothed the bones with flesh , and then We brought it forth as another creation . So Blessed is Allah, the Best of creators). 1 7 6 5 4 3 2 God says in surat Al-Mu’minûn (verse 12-14): Let us look attentively at these seven stages through the following photos
12. So Blessed is Allah, the Best of creators 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Then We made the Nutfah into a clot And indeed We created man (Adam) out of an extract of clay Thereafter We made him as a Nutfah and lodged it in a safe lodging And then We brought it forth as another creation . Then We made the clot into a little lump of flesh Then We made out of that little lump of flesh bones Then We clothed the bones with flesh
13. God had created human from water and dust , therefore we find that water is about 2/3 of our body, so mixing water with dust produce clay , which is our origin, God says :(And indeed We created man (Adam) out of an extract of clay (water and Dust) ) ( Surat Al-Mu’minûn - verse 12 ) Clay
14. Scientists discovered that the human body consists of some elements which are the same elements as in dust . One of the latest discoveries is that some kinds of clay contain antibiotics which are able to kill the most obstinate kind of germs. Hence they are thinking to use dust to sterilize hospitals!! So that God gave human a big honor when He be blessed and exalted created him from dust.
15. The Nutfah is not seen by naked eye because of its smallness, but medical researches show that secret of life is more smaller than that and it is in the deep of the Nutfah, in what is called the hereditary tape ( DNA ) which contains all necessary information to create a Sane man. God says :( Thereafter We made him as a Nutfah and lodged it in a safe lodging ) ( Surat Al-Mu’minûn - verse 13 ) the safe lodging is the uterus, scientists say that the uterus becomes greater a thousand times after pregnancy !!! The Nutfah Which is The produced sperm by man Sperm
16. Sperms are competing to reach the ovum as they are trying to penetrate it , the question is who taught these sperms to run in that darkness to reach its target? And who drives it toward the ovum? God says: (Is then He Who creates like one that creates not? Will ye not receive admonition?) (Sûrat An-Nahl - Verse17) Sperm Ovum
17. Large number of sperms are surrounding the ovum but only one sperm can penetrate it to form the mixed Nutfah ( mixing of sperm and ovum). If we examine the chemical composition of sperm or ovum we will find that most of it consists of water , God says: (So let man see from what he is created * he is created from a water gushing forth ) (Sûrat At-Târiq - Verse 5-6) Ovum which is ovulated by the woman every month
18. The head of the sperm contains all needed programs and information to produce the embryo , therefore it is responsible for the determination of the sex of the fetus (male or female). Qur’an refers to that as God Says: ( And that He (Allah) creates the pairs, male and female * From Nutfah (drops of semen - male and female discharges) when it is emitted ) (Sûrat An-Najm – verse 45- 46) Length of the sperm is less than one part of one hundred part of millimeter Each time the man ejaculate 300 million sperm! Sperm is supported by a long tail to help it in the swimming toward the target, that tail will be separated from the sperm before penetrating the ovum.
19. (Does not man see that We have created him from Nutfah Yet behold he (stands forth) as an open opponent.) When the first sperm enters the ovum ,that ovum starts to secrete a matter to close its cover in front of all sperms . after mating , the fertilized cell starts to secrete hormone of HCC which is detected by the pregnancy revealer , this hormone orders the entire body to stop the menstrual period and also gives an indication for the woman that she is pregnant. Sperm Ovum (Sûrat Yâ - Sîn – verse 77)
20. The mingled sperm After 30 hours of entering the ovum by the sperm , the first split occurs and the cell starts to increase to form the mingled sperm , that is after almost four days. size of the new cell is less than the head of a pin as it is not seen . God be He blessed and exalted says: (Has there not been over Man a long period of time, when he was nothing - (not even) mentioned? * Verily We created Man from a drop of mingled sperm, in order to try him: So We gave him (the gifts), of Hearing and Sight ( (Sûrat Al-Insân - verse 1-2) Zygote
21. A microscopic photo for a three days old embryo !!! It is a cell which was divided into 8 cells and it can be divided more and more to form 100 trillion cell. He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor of all things, the Bestower of forms. To Him belong the Best Names. All that is in the heavens and the earth glorify Him. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. Who tells this cell to split and Multiply to form a human?
22. Proclaim! (or read!) in the name of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who created- Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood The inner wall of the uterus Embryo while searching in the dark for a place to cling with it The place where the embryo is clinging to the uterus
23. After the merger of the sperm with an ovum , splits start at once, and then the fertilized ovum goes toward the wall of the uterus to stick and cling to it. God says: ( It is He, Who has created you (Adam) from dust, then from a Nutfah [mixed semen drops of male and female sexual discharge] then from a clot (a piece of coagulated blood) ) (Sûrat Ghâfir- verse 67 ) The clot The inner wall of the uterus Clot
24. Scientists are confused: What drives this cluster of cells to attach to the uterus to get feeding from it? Clot Endometrium The fertilized cell is transformed to be the clot , which is a group of cells that stick on the Endometrium (the inner membrane of the uterus) during almost 6 – 12 days and it chooses the best place for that!
25. A little lump of flesh After that , the embryo is transformed to Something like a chewed piece of meat , God says about that :( then from a little lump of flesh - some formed and some unformed (as in the case of miscarriage) - that We may make (it) clear to you (i.e. to show you Our Power and Ability to do what We will). And We cause whom We will to remain in the wombs for an appointed term ) (Sûrat Al-Hajj – verse5 )
26. What happens at this stage? At this stage the important organs are created like nervous system, heart and brain ,as heart starts pulsing and also many systems like respiratory system , kidneys and Liver are rapidly grows up. Now, Length of the embryo is less than 4 mm Then from a little lump of flesh - some formed and some unformed
27. 1 2 An image for an embryo in the stage of (little lump of flesh) , it looks like a chewed piece of meat, , at this stage it is hard to see that little lump of flesh by naked eye, it needs microscopes but Almighty God told us about this stage and He represented it as if we see it with our eyes !!! 3
28. 7 Weeks-old embryo ,do you know what is the length of it? It is less than 2 cm , bones formation start at this stage.
29. Bones stage Bones formation start At this stage , during the sixth week till the eighth . Bones formation and growing continue after birth. God be He blessed and exalted says: ( then We made out of that little lump of flesh bones ). What baffle scientists is : what makes these cells to know that it must be transformed to bones at this time? Bone formation
30. At this age, heart began pulsing, and brain starts to transmit electromagnetic waves and the embryo start to get affected by mother’s voice. hence mothers should always read Qur’an because heart and brain of the embryo get affected by that.
31. Flesh Stage At this stage, Muscles begin to take shape and to cover bones. This stage lasts for a long time and it overlaps with the previous stage which is Bones stage. God be He exalted says: (then We clothed the bones with flesh) Now, Length of the embryo is less than 3 cm
32. 7-8 Weeks old embryo and appears on it the beginning of the flesh stage as muscles start to cover the bones. At the beginning of the eighth week muscles start to move. Also skin starts to cover the entire body . God be He exalted says: (Look at the bones, how We bring them together and clothe them with flesh ) (Sûrat Al-Baqarah- verse 259) And also in your own selves. Will you not then see?
33. The covering process of the Mandible bone A photo of the Mandible bone in the head of an embryo 12 Weeks
34. The other creation At this stage , the embryo starts to take its final features , eyes and ears start to appear also organs of the entire body , the heart start its electrical activity ,brain is very complicated and its weight is almost half the weight of the body . The remaining operations are just the growth of these organs . This stage lasts till the end of pregnancy , God says: (and then We brought it forth as another creation) (Sûrat Al-Mu’minûn – verse 14) Length of that embryo is less than 4 cm
35. Now, Embryo is 8 weeks old and it has 90%of the systems in our body. Number of cells in that embryo is 1000 million cell , who created these cells? During the first eight weeks , Embryo develops and takes many different shapes . But after that the appearance of the embryo remain without any changes till birth .Therefore all cited stages by the Qur’an happens during the first eight weeks .The final stage starts from the eighth week till birth which is called by the Qur’an “ another creation”: and then We brought it forth as another creation.
36. So Blessed is Allah, the Best of creators….. Heart of the embryo strikes 54 million pulse during pregnancy!
37. The following weeks till birth : is the beginning of the fetus development and organs grow up rapidly. The fetus starts to feel, smile and cry and feels with mother. Also the fetus starts training for Breastfeeding by Sucking fingers and the continuous movement of mouse (opening & closing )to be ready for mother’s milk. Ninth week: Fetus starts to Sucking fingers, moving his tongue and to feel with his mother’s body ,also genital organs for male and female became clear. Tenth week: begin of the creation of fingerprints and nails, also Fetus starts to yawn . Eleventh week: the genital organs start to emerge , also the duodenum start its activities And then We brought it forth as another creation. So Blessed is Allah, the Best of creators
38.
39. The end of the sixth month is the Completion of creating the fetus, this is the minimum period for pregnancy . God says: ( and the bearing of him, and the weaning of him is thirty months ) (Sûrat Al-Ahqâf - verse 15 ). As breastfeeding period is 24 months ,hence the minimum period of pregnancy is 30-24=6 months And this is a koranic miracle in determining the minimum period of pregnancy. Six months old Fetus
40. Look attentively at the size of the embryo when it is one month old as its length is less than 4 millimeter and look at length of the Fetus just before birth Who guides that embryo in his journey to life ? He is Almighty God who says: ( Our Lord is He Who gave to each thing its form and nature, then guided it aright ) (surat Taha- verse 50).
41. After nine months , Fetus gets out to be a child with ears , eyes and brain which contains 1000000000000 cell . How does this child know the exact time to go out ???? Allah is the doer who says: (then brings you forth as an infant ) ( Sûrat Ghâfir- verse 67 ).
42. O’ you son of Adam , your mother begets you when you are crying at the time when all people around you were happy and smiling Do a work that will makes you happy when you die and all of the people around you are sad and crying Arab poetry
43. Here are some supplications by some prophets O My Lord! Leave me not single (childless), though You are the Best of the inheritors. Our Lord! Bestow on us from our wives and our offspring the comfort of our eyes, and make us leaders of the pious. My Lord! truly, I am in need of whatever good that You bestow on me! O my Lord! Grant me from You, a good offspring. You are indeed the All-Hearer of invocation.
44. Dear brother and sister!! One day , you were stick In the womb of your mother where food and livelihood were coming to you without any effort . Shouldn’t you Prostrate for that great God and thanks him for that? Also if you asked him , is he unable to answer you???? Placenta feeds the Fetus with food , drink and air . it doesn’t allow harmful materials to pass , Also it produce hormones which organize the temperature of the Fetus . Scientists say that placenta cares for the Fetus better than any other intensive care room Glory to God !! Placenta
45. A smiling Fetus !! Fetus starts laughing when he is inside the womb of his mother and he starts to cry from the first moment of being in the world. God told us about the sequence of these two operations ,God says: (And that it is He (Allah) Who makes (whom He wills) laugh, and makes (whom He wills) weep ) (Sûrat An-Najm - verse43)
46. Human embryo Cat embryo (Or do they assign to Allah partners who created the like of His creation, so that the creation (which they made and His creation) seemed alike to them?" Say: "Allah is the Creator of all things; and He is the One, the Irresistible.) (Sûrat Ar-Ra‘d – verse 16) There is a big similarity between the embryo of many living organisms , which testify that there is only one creator
47. Also there is a similarity between The beginning of galaxies and the embryo at early stages which testify that there is only one creator (be He exalted and blessed), God says : (Allah is the creator of every thing) , Glory to God !!! Image for a far galaxy in its early stages Image for an embryo in its early stages
48. There is an amazing similarity between the brain weave for an embryo and the cosmic web for a galaxy !! It is really hard for a human to distinguish between both of them . It is an indication that the creator of universe is the creator of human!! Brain weave Cosmic web
49. These facts Finally , we have to ask a question for those who claims that the Qur’an is a book of myths: from where in the seventh century did the illiterate prophet Mohamed (Peace be up on him ) get these specific details about embryo creation? Also, how could he describes each stage with the best scientific meaning? While scientists in the seventeen century were confused about the creation of human as they believed that inside the Nutfah there is a complete human and they never tried to talk about stages of creation as Qur’an did. It is a Concrete evidence that message of Islam is sincere ! Testify on the oneness of the Almighty Creator
50. He is the Originator of the heavens and the earth. How can He has children when He has no wife? He created all things and He is the All-Knower of everything * Such is Allah, your Lord! Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Creator of all things. So worship Him (Alone), and He is the Wakîl (Trustee, Disposer of affairs, Guardian) over all things. * No vision can grasp Him, but He grasps all vision. He is Al-Latîf (the Most Subtle and Courteous), Well-Acquainted with all things. (Sûrat Al-An’âm- verse 101- 103)
