This document provides instructions for creating a PowerPoint presentation in 3 steps: 1) prepare a storyboard by picking a topic, including graphics, and organizing slides; 2) organize the slides into an introduction, main topic, and closing and write a 1-2 sentence script for each slide; 3) include relevant pictures on slides, write captions, practice the presentation within 5-8 minutes, and include minimal transitions and relevant music.

- Create a storyboard for instructor to review.Avoid animation unless it adds to your topic.Otherwise animation is distracting.Include graphics that are relevant to your topicKeep them in an appropriate size, not too big or too small.Write the script and bring it to class before the time you present.
