I am responsible for full life-cycle contract management and administration for a publicly-held (NASDAQ FLIR) and
globally recognized leader in the design and manufacture of thermal imaging systems and heat-stabilized infrared cameras
with annual revenues of $1.5B. I have contractual responsibility and authority for four (4) business segments including
OEM & Emerging Products, Instruments, Maritime, and Security. I lead customer contract negotiations and am the
subject matter expert supporting commerciality challenges by DCMA and DCAA.
• Manage largest contracts which generate 30% of company revenue
• Consolidated five contracts units into corporate while sustaining growth without increasing head count
• Reduced cycle time-to-contract within the OEM and Instruments segments by 50%
