The Team
Maria Phillips
CEO / Co-Founder
10 plus years in Finance in various industries, holding roles from payroll to statutory and regulatory
positions. During her career she has lead several high risk projects, including the establishment of an
airport entity, she has also managed a $2 billion balance sheet and challenged regulation. Working for
companies including KPMG, Pfizer and UBS, she established efficiencies, challenged regulation and
progressed from team member to manager.
Niall Collins
CTO / Co-Founder
Designing, installed and upgraded data networks at an enterprise level. Then managed the ongoing
monitoring and support. Designed and implemented web based interfaces to provide access to elements
of the network database which was used by other IT support personnel. As a previous company founder
has designed and built a specialised software services platform that was used nationally in the vehicle
recovery industry. This system was used by vehicle recovery companies for all aspects of their work
from initial job entry through to invoice generation. It also provided easy access to historical data
through highly configurable custom reports which could be exported in various programs.
