This document outlines the plan for a 2nd year English course, including how the class will be taught, expectations for homework, and assessment. Students will learn English in the classroom using digital materials and practicing speaking, listening, reading, and writing. They are also expected to practice English at home through homework assignments, readings from their reader, and using additional resources like movies, books and online activities. There will be exams after each of the 3 course units that cover reading, grammar, vocabulary and listening skills, as well as dossiers and a retake exam at the end of the course. Students' final grade will be based 70% on exam scores and 30% on classwork, homework, projects, and behavior.
