and color change.

PRIOR LEARNING • A chemical change occurs when two or more substances are mixed together. • When a chemical change occurs, the combined substances have different properties than the original substances. • Measureable and observable changes occur during a chemical change such as production of a gas, change in temperature, production of a precipitate and color change.
