Peer to peer cache resolution mechanism for mobile ad hoc networksijwmn
In this paper we investigate the problem of cache resolution in a mobile peer to peer ad hoc network. In our
vision cache resolution should satisfy the following requirements: (i) it should result in low message
overhead and (ii) the information should be retrieved with minimum delay. In this paper, we show that
these goals can be achieved by splitting the one hop neighbours in to two sets based on the transmission
range. The proposed approach reduces the number of messages flooded in to the network to find the
requested data. This scheme is fully distributed and comes at very low cost in terms of cache overhead. The
experimental results gives a promising result based on the metrics of studies

A novel cache resolution technique for cooperative caching in wireless mobile...csandit
Cooperative caching is used in mobile ad hoc networks to reduce the latency perceived by the
mobile clients while retrieving data and to reduce the traffic load in the network. Caching also
increases the availability of data due to server disconnections. The implementation of a
cooperative caching technique essentially involves four major design considerations (i) cache
placement and resolution, which decides where to place and how to locate the cached data (ii)
Cache admission control which decides the data to be cached (iii) Cache replacement which
makes the replacement decision when the cache is full and (iv) consistency maintenance, i.e.
maintaining consistency between the data in server and cache. In this paper we propose an
effective cache resolution technique, which reduces the number of messages flooded in to the
network to find the requested data. The experimental results gives a promising result based on
the metrics of studies.
In this paper we explore the issue of store determination in a portable shared specially appointed system. In our vision reserve determination ought to fulfill the accompanying prerequisites: (i) it ought to bring about low message overhead and (ii) the data ought to be recovered with least postponement. In this paper, we demonstrate that these objectives can be accomplished by part the one bounce neighbors into two sets in view of the transmission run. The proposed approach lessens the quantity of messages overflowed into the system to discover the asked for information. This plan is completely circulated and comes requiring little to no effort as far as store overhead. The test comes about gives a promising outcome in view of the measurements of studies.

CONTENT BASED DATA TRANSFER MECHANISM FOR EFFICIENT BULK DATA TRANSFER IN GRI...ijgca
A new class of Data Grid infrastructure is needed to support management, transport, distributed access, and analysis of terabyte and peta byte of data collections by thousands of users. Even though some of the existing data management systems (DMS) of Grid computing infrastructures provides methodologies to handle bulk data transfer. These technologies are not usable in addressing some kind of simultaneous data
access requirements. Often, in most of the scientific computing environments, a common data will be needed to access from different locations. Further, most of such computing entities will wait for a common scientific data (such as a data belonging to an astronomical phenomenon) which will be published only
when it is available. These kinds of data access needs were not yet addressed in the design of data component Grid Access to Secondary Storage (GASS) or GridFTP. In this paper, we address an application layer content based data transfer scheme for grid computing environments. By using the
proposed scheme in a grid computing environment, we can simultaneously move bulk data in an efficient way using simple subscribe and publish mechanism.

A Cooperative Cache Management Scheme for IEEE802.15.4 based Wireless Sensor ...IJECEIAES
Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) based on the IEEE 802.15.4 MAC and PHY layer standards is a recent trend in the market. It has gained tremendous attention due to its low energy consumption characteristics and low data rates. However, for larger networks minimizing energy consumption is still an issue because of the dissemination of large overheads throughout the network. This consumption of energy can be reduced by incorporating a novel cooperative caching scheme to minimize overheads and to serve data with minimal latency and thereby reduce the energy consumption. This paper explores the possibilities to enhance the energy efficiency by incorporating a cooperative caching strategy.
Caching on Named Data Network: a Survey and Future Research IJECEIAES
The IP-based system cause inefficient content delivery process. This inefficiency was attempted to be solved with the Content Distribution Network. A replica server is located in a particular location, usually on the edge router that is closest to the user. The user’s request will be served from that replica server. However, caching on Content Distribution Network is inflexible. This system is difficult to support mobility and conditions of dynamic content demand from consumers. We need to shift the paradigm to content-centric. In Named Data Network, data can be placed on the content store on routersthat are closest to the consumer. Caching on Named Data Network must be able to store content dynamically. It should be selectively select content that is eligible to be stored or deleted from the content storage based on certain considerations, e.g. the popularity of content in the local area. This survey paper explains the development of caching techniques on Named Data Network that are classified into main points. The brief explanation of advantages and disadvantages are presented to make it easy to understand. Finally, proposed the open challenge related to the caching mechanism to improve NDN performance.
Grid is a type of parallel and distributed systems that is designed to provide reliable access to data
and computational resources in wide area networks. These resources are distributed in different geographical
locations. Efficient data sharing in global networks is complicated by erratic node failure, unreliable network
connectivity and limited bandwidth. Replication is a technique used in grid systems to improve the
applications’ response time and to reduce the bandwidth consumption. In this paper, we present a survey on
basic and new replication techniques that have been proposed by other researchers. After that, we have a full
comparative study on these replication strategies

Cooperative caching for efficient data access in disruption tolerant networks
Disruption tolerant networks (DTNs) are characterized by low node density, unpredictable node mobility, and lack of global network information. Most of current research efforts in DTNs focus on data forwarding, but only limited work has been done on providing efficient data access to mobile users. A novel approach is proposed to support cooperative caching in DTNs, which enables the sharing and coordination of cached data among multiple nodes and reduces data access delay.

A COST EFFECTIVE COMPRESSIVE DATA AGGREGATION TECHNIQUE FOR WIRELESS SENSOR N...ijasuc
In wireless sensor network (WSN) there are two main problems in employing conventional compression
techniques. The compression performance depends on the organization of the routes for a larger extent.
The efficiency of an in-network data compression scheme is not solely determined by the compression
ratio, but also depends on the computational and communication overheads. In Compressive Data
Aggregation technique, data is gathered at some intermediate node where its size is reduced by applying
compression technique without losing any information of complete data. In our previous work, we have
developed an adaptive traffic aware aggregation technique in which the aggregation technique can be
changed into structured and structure-free adaptively, depending on the load status of the traffic. In this
paper, as an extension to our previous work, we provide a cost effective compressive data gathering
technique to enhance the traffic load, by using structured data aggregation scheme. We also design a
technique that effectively reduces the computation and communication costs involved in the compressive
data gathering process. The use of compressive data gathering process provides a compressed sensor
reading to reduce global data traffic and distributes energy consumption evenly to prolong the network
lifetime. By simulation results, we show that our proposed technique improves the delivery ratio while
reducing the energy and delay

Review on Clustering and Data Aggregation in Wireless Sensor NetworkEditor IJCATR
Wireless Sensor Network is a collection of various sensor nodes with sensing and communication capabilities. Clustering is the
process of grouping the set of objects so that the objects in the same group are similar to each other and different to objects in the other
group. The main goal of Data Aggregation is to collect and aggregate the data by maintaining the energy efficiency so that the network
lifetime can be increased. In this paper, I have presented a comprehensive review of various clustering routing protocols for WSN, their
advantages and limitation of clustering in WSN. A brief survey of Data Aggregation Algorithm is also outlined in this paper. Finally, I
summarize and conclude the paper with some future directions
ENERGY SAVINGS IN APPLICATIONS FOR WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS TIME CRITICAL REQ...IJCNCJournal
Along with handling and poor storage capacity, each sensor in wireless sensor network (WSN) is equipped
with a limited power source and very difficult to be replaced in most application environments. Improving
the energy savings in applications for wireless sensor networks is necessary. In this paper, we mainly focus
on energy consumption savings in applications for wireless sensor networks time critical requirements. Our
Paper accompanying analysis of advanced technologies for energy saving techniques for the optimization
of energy efficiency together with the data transmission is optimal. Moreover, we propose improvements to
increase energy savings in applications for wireless sensor networks require time critical (LEACH

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

NUMERICAL SIMULATIONS OF HEAT AND MASS TRANSFER IN CONDENSING HEAT EXCHANGERS...ssuser7dcef0
Power plants release a large amount of water vapor into the
atmosphere through the stack. The flue gas can be a potential
source for obtaining much needed cooling water for a power
plant. If a power plant could recover and reuse a portion of this
moisture, it could reduce its total cooling water intake
requirement. One of the most practical way to recover water
from flue gas is to use a condensing heat exchanger. The power
plant could also recover latent heat due to condensation as well
as sensible heat due to lowering the flue gas exit temperature.
Additionally, harmful acids released from the stack can be
reduced in a condensing heat exchanger by acid condensation. reduced in a condensing heat exchanger by acid condensation.
Condensation of vapors in flue gas is a complicated
phenomenon since heat and mass transfer of water vapor and
various acids simultaneously occur in the presence of noncondensable
gases such as nitrogen and oxygen. Design of a
condenser depends on the knowledge and understanding of the
heat and mass transfer processes. A computer program for
numerical simulations of water (H2O) and sulfuric acid (H2SO4)
condensation in a flue gas condensing heat exchanger was
developed using MATLAB. Governing equations based on
mass and energy balances for the system were derived to
predict variables such as flue gas exit temperature, cooling
water outlet temperature, mole fraction and condensation rates
of water and sulfuric acid vapors. The equations were solved
using an iterative solution technique with calculations of heat
and mass transfer coefficients and physical properties.

cooperative caching for efficient data access in disruption tolerant networks

Cooperative Caching for Efficient Data Access in Disruption
Tolerant Networks
Disruption tolerant networks (DTNs) are characterized by low node density, unpredictable node
mobility, and lack of global network information. Most of current research efforts in DTNs focus
on data forwarding, but only limited work has been done on providing efficient data access to
mobile users. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to support cooperative caching in
DTNs, which enables the sharing and coordination of cached data among multiple nodes and
reduces data access delay. Our basic idea is to intentionally cache data at a set of network central
locations (NCLs), which can be easily accessed by other nodes in the network. We propose an
efficient scheme that ensures appropriate NCL selection based on a probabilistic selection metric
and coordinates multiple caching nodes to optimize the tradeoff between data accessibility and
caching overhead. Extensive trace-driven simulations show that our approach significantly
improves data access performance compared to existing schemes.
A common technique used to improve data access performance is caching, i.e., to cache
data at appropriate network locations based on query history, so that queries in the future
can be responded with less delay. Although cooperative caching has been studied for both
web-based applications and wireless ad hoc networks to allow sharing and coordination
among multiple caching nodes.
DISADVANTAGES OF EXISTING SYSTEM:
The average inter-contact time in the network is reduced and enables efficient access on
data with shorter lifetime.
Ratio of data access is reduced.

ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM:
Our scheme greatly improves the ratio of queries satisfied and reduces data access delay
When T is large, indicating long inter-contact time among mobile nodes in the network,
our experimental setup increases the data lifetime accordingly.
