For Students, Teachers and other Personal.
I
Introduction
 Atschool, it is important to know the
attendance and late arrivals to the
 educational community, therefore, a
 management system easy to control
will be created for the educative
community, making it easier to know if
the person was late or if it left earlier
 or have left school.
II
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
 Todevelop an entry and exit control
system to facilitate and speed up the
record of who enters and who exits at
 a specific time of day.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
1. To facilitate the attendance control
through a program that uses a database
     containing basic information for staff
     and students of the school.

2. To use a barcode reader to read the
codes that contain each card to be used
     to determine whether the person
entered or left the institution at any time
     of day.
III
Description of the Project
• In the Santa Cecilia School
attendance is passed every day to
students, faculty and staff, with this
project each teacher will have to
register what time did he or she
entered and what time he or she left
  the school.
Description of the project (2)
• Each student has an ID and the
  teachers and employees too. The
code that is contained in the card has
to pass in the bar code reader to
identify that the student, teacher or
  employee; came to the institution.

Requirements definition
 The particular problems should be
clearly defined to be solved, this will let
to know what is pretended to solve and
will provide useful information for the
    solution planning.
Analysis
 The selected data must be fixed up in an
ordered form in order to produce
information. This output could a printer
    or a monitor.
Architecture Design
 Once the output is identified, the entry
data and the data source can be
determined. Then the data must be
    recollected and analyzed.
Computing Solution
Proccess
 The first that has to be done in this
project is to create a database, that is
going to be created in Microsoft Access,
the working group will do eight tables; in
they it’ll have to place the student´s &
    employee’s information, this tables will
content names, last name, ID Card, and
    others.
Computing Solution
Proccess
 The Bar Code Reader will be attached
to a program that’s going to be done in
“Visual Basic 6.0”, the one that is going
to help to take the attendance of every
    single member of the school.
Computing Resolution
development
 Here are defined the processing tasks that have to
be developed for making the entry data convert to
    exit data.
 A database with the next tables is going to be
    created:
 Student Table
 Employee table
 Status table
 Level & Section Table
 Specialty Table
 Charge Table
 Administrator Table
 User Table
V
A database with the next tables
is going to be created:
 Students Table  Mayor Table
 Employees Table  Schedule of Subject
                        per Section Table
 Charge Table
                       Student´s Status
 Level Table
                        Table
 Section Table
                       Employee´s Status
 Subject Table Table
 Subject-per-Section
                       Turn Table
    Table
Student Table
 Here is detailed the basic information of
    the students.
Employee Table
 Here´s detailed the basic information of
    the employees
Charge Table
 This table contains the charge that every
    employee develops in the institution.
Level Table
 This table will content the level in what
the student is, for example: first year of
high school, second year and others.
Section Table
 This table will content the section, it will
be related to the level table for in order
to not repeating a section in a level.
Subject Table
 Here is contained the subjects that are
    taught in every level.
Subject-per-Section Table
 In this is contained all the subjects that
    are taught in every section.
Mayor Table
 Here is contained every one of the
mayors available in the high school.
Schedule of Subject per
Section Table
 In this table, it is contained the Schedule
of every subject that is taught for
    section.
Student´s Status Table
 In this table, the entry and exit of every
class a student has will be registered.
Employee´s Status Table
 In this table, the entry and exit to the
    school of every employee.
Turn Table
 In this table it is detailed the turn that the
    employee of the school develops.
VI
BENEFITS
 Thanks to this program more time is
going to be saved, and therefore there
  will be more learning time.
 It will help to control the Entry and Exit
  time of the employees.
