they take responsibility for doing work in any situation,
contributor have wider view of their work and they take
pride for doing their work.

8. Q.1- Sir, As a first grade teacher how would you prepare
your class room??
 I have organized the textbook, by lesson plan book, my gread book,
and othe r material well before school begins.
 Also discuss the new ideas knowledge to the student during the
lecture about new technologiy.
 Instruct all students to make the fun art project related to educations
and during the lecture I never take rest….also I discuss about what we
study on the priveous lecture.??? So the student can be try to
remember all things on my lecture.

9. Q.2- Sir, my 2nd question is.. what do you think
teaching student is eassy or not…?
 It’s a interesting question most of people thought that teaching
student was essay but I don’t think so. I don’t agree with those
people.
 The reason behind them is the all student has not same mind or
memory and knowledge. So some of them student directly understand
or some cant be understand.
 Motivating them to learn is even more difficult. However, there are
many approaches you can take to make learning more fun, exciting
and necessary for student

10. Q.3- Sir,.. Does your work is only just takeing
lacture and teaching student ??
 No my work is not only like that.. I care about little things of the
student. I offer extra information about my subject, give assigments
that let student think outside the box, be on the lookout for students
who need extra reassurance.
 Even I ask students to share their options. I encourage lively class
discussion. Its also important get to know the student before you
praise them. I also ask student for helpful feedback

11. Q.4- So..Sir.. In your life did you give financial help
to any student?
 Yes… I pay fees for students who want to study..i giving them
notebooks which is financially very poor .. But I don’t want to show of
about that so please ask your next questions.

12. Q.5- 0k sir.. did you get promotion in
your life..?
 Yes I got many promotion in my life at first I was just assistant teacher..
 Then after some year I got the promotion to the post of supervisor.
 And at last I got promotion and got the post of principle of the school.

 As we know from the above answers mr. C.M.Chhatbar was very hardworking,
honest, kindest person who can understand his job responsibility and care
about little things about the student. He is personality is perfect to
contributor personality. So he got promotions on his life.
