Preparing textual detailed content.
Ensuring that content follows the required guidelines.
Ensuring proper pedagogy as required.
Ensuring that enough figures, tables and charts are there to support textual content.
3. Team Co-ordination and Planning
Scheduling the creation of content in accordance with company policy.
Delegating tasks to team members and guiding them.
Managing the creation of content in accordance with the schedule.
Making available needed matter to team members.
Conducting training sessions to team for improvement.
4. Checking/ Evaluation/Corrections
Checking of content developed by team.
Checking of Plagiarism [in-house/authors].
Checking Pedagogy.
Checking Quality.
Recommend changes and follow up.
Implementing changes suggested by User/University
Checking work of outside authors and adding changes suggested by editorial Dpt.
5. Graphics
Providing graphic figure work needed by CDs
Making changes and corrections in figures as needed/suggested by user.

Co-coordinating with PMs from initial stages till completion of projects.
Stage-by-Stage communication with PMs on the project status.
Co-coordinating with editorial department for corrections, changes, etc.

8. Instructional Designing
Modifying and rewriting content for preparation of E-learning material.
Technical writing as per requirement.
Coordinating with SMEs to identify what students need to learn.
Developing learning objectives and ensuring content matches the objectives.
Structuring content and activities in for fast student learning.
Developing interesting assessments to increase student interest.
