This document describes a content management system created for a college's training and placement cell department. The CMS allows publishing, editing, and modifying content from a central interface to store and organize student and company data. It provides a dedicated platform for the department to manage data about companies seeking graduates and students' skills and experiences to facilitate job placements. Diagrams include an E-R diagram, use case diagram, and level 0 data flow diagram.

2. WHAT IS CMS?
• A content management system (CMS) is a
computer application that allows publishing,
editing and modifying content, organizing,
deleting as well as maintenance from a central
interface.
• The function and use of Content Management
Systems is to store and organize files, and provide
version-controlled access to their data. CMS
features vary widely. Simple systems showcase a
handful of features, while other releases, offer
more complex and powerful functions.

DEPARTMENT
• The goal of Training & Placement Cell is to provide
students with a platform for using their potential to
gain valuable experience by working in industry ,it also
acts as the interface between various companies
seeking talented young graduates in various disciplines.
• As this department is very important, it is very
necessary that this department should have its own
dedicated application or software which can manage
all the necessary data about the companies and the
students of various streams in college.
