Project:
Delta force is a SharePoint 2010 application where all the
recruitment process takes place.
Modules:
Performance Management System:
This is all about setting the targets/goals to low level employees by
their reporting managers which they have to achieve it for present
month. Generally the goal are set in the first week of current month
and those values will be free zed on or before a configurable
freezing day (working date) in same month.
Each Manager in the chain of command will set monthly targets for
their immediate subordinates based on targets assigned to them.
This goal setting will happen at NSM level for all FOS in across the
country through 2 methods.
1) Bulk Excel sheet uploading
2) An Input Form
elms and Induction System Process :
The elms (e Learning Management System) enables BFL Delta force
users to know the schedules of training programs (online and class
room) , attend the online training , provide training feedback , take
the assessment tests.
Apart formregural trainings, eLMScontains a special module called
“Induction”. This module is primarily used by new BFL Delta force
jonnies. Induction contains various flash videos, quizzes and test
as training content. New joinee need to complete this Induction
module within 3 days of his/her joining in to the BFL Delta Force.
Exit Management System Process:
Employee exit management is the process used to enable
employees to resign online and manager to terminate online. EIt
applies to BASS employees who have resigned and those who have
absconded the company and those. The system supports BFL to
maintain records of the employees who has absconded, resigned.
