setting and creates a shock factor. Also because the audience does not know why the
person is dead, this builds up the storyline and suspense as to what will happen and if the

where they continue to run. This creates the theme of chaos, in which civilian life has been
so badly affected that people are scared when they are not in their homes.

trying to get away from the shop/restaurant into a safer environment. The use of fast
paced editing enforces the chaotic nature of events and also reiterates the characters
struggle to escape the dangers of society on this occasion.

to get away and into a safer place than that of the restaurant where many other people
have quickly fled.

audience as a prop that can expose the storyline.

stop working. This suggests that the reason for this could be because of the events in the
city that have already been shown.

suggests that something dangerous is going to hit him or that something is about to attack

suggests that the victims are just normal people.

theme of mystery to the audience, who have just seen the inside of a house, so are now

word used in the actual film title helps the audience to be able to relate the film to what
has been shown in the trailer and are more likely to remember it, to then go and watch it.
81 Title 3 seconds The release date of the film is included, most importantly because the trailer is there to
gain support and interest in the release of the film.
Adding the films website helps to give the viewer another way to find out more
information on the film or then to pass the information on to their friends and family.

been involved, alongside the films two main actors.
